We went here for lunch this Thursday.Getting passed the place's name and casual look from the outside, we came across a pleasant and comfortable place when gone inside.The manager is very nice and helpful.Food is very good, all made of fresh local organic products. Congratulations for the homemade unusual Grandarisu : the manager's revisit of the Tiramisu, with macarons and rhum. We will certainly visit again when back in Isola.
We came to Loona Cafe soon after arriving in Isola 2000! The food was very good, tasty and quick! I had the velouté de poireaux it was delish as was the samosas and the souris d’agneaux confite i would highly recommend eating here while in Isola.
We ate creps, it was delicious. They helped us with the translation and choice. The atmosphere was so nice and comfortable.
originally we booked to go to L'Avalanche but when we got there they took us upstairs to the Loona Cafe which turned out to be a great find. We had a big square table for seven with some of us sat on big comfy sofas. This may not suit all but created a bit of fun. The menu is very varied with lots of local specialities as well as a wide selection of pizzas and burgers. We had a variety of food including the tartiflette, chèvre Chaud, cambembert Chaud and a burger. all the food was very good and the portions extremely generous. It is cooked at L'Avalanche and walked upstairs but it all arrived very hot. Most of us ordered crepes for desert which were nice but we're a little cold when they arrived. However, the banana and Nutella tiramisu was exceptional. The service was very good and the staff really friendly and special mention has to go to the dog who is great. Probably one of the less well known restaurants in Isola but well worth a visit and one of the more interesting and diverse menus that we have found.
