Regional cuisine and local specialities are proposed in the on-site restaurant and a continental breakfast is served daily. Barbecue nights for groups can be organised in the garden upon request. Free on-site parking is available and Saint-Dalmas-de-Tende Train Station is 500 metres away. The property is a 15-minute drive from the Italian border and 40 km from Ventimiglia.

It's an refurbished ex-convent with very friendly staff.It has a very large parking lot which is quite convenient.the room and bathroom were quite large.Not far from Limone Ski area which was our destination next day.Their restaurant offers a good dinner menu at a good price (12 Euro per person when we were there).
Col De Tende is a fantastic hiking, Riding and Motorcycling location in the mountains, not too far from the coast. Le Prieure is a very clean accommodating hotel perfectly placed for your adventure holiday. It is basic, very clean and very accommodating. Breakfasts are continental style and acceptable. The evening meals are adequate and value for money. The veranda is a nice place to have a beer and remember the days trekking!
This spacious hotel and restaurant in the Value of Roya is a perfect location for the tours across the Mercantour National Park and other leisure activities in the area. As a previous monastery, it now also takes care of disabled persons for services in a peaceful park area and in the restaurant.
This hotel is a great base for accessing the great hiking in the area. We slept well. It's very quiet and clean. Basic. The breakfast is also basic and we quite liked the restaurant dinner (see review). The staff was helpful and there was plenty of parking. Checkout was a little confused.
A great deal back in February at this lovely Alpine hotel. Bed, breakfast and an evening meal for 80e. Not bad for somewhere less than an hour from Monaco and bearing in mind that the region it is in is very expensive in general normally. Service was excellent by the South American under manager and his staff in the restaurant. The room was big, comfortable bed and even a large desk to work at. Another big plus was that the large windows opened fully and easily to let in fresh air. Lovely setting. I even enjoyed my first car ride through a narrow Alpine tunnel after having to wait almost half an hour for our turn to go through it just before reaching Le Prieure. One minor complaint was the length of time I had to wait to pay my bill the following morning prior to a long car journey all the way to Calais.
